- Low-stock alerts now clear themselves when a delivery, a transfer in or a stock take takes an item back above its minimum, and a transfer out that empties a site raises one.
- Backups run three times a day instead of once overnight.
- Disabling a user, or resetting their password, now signs them out everywhere straight away.
9 September 2026
- People imports get the same preview as catalogue imports: every row is checked first, held rows come back as a spreadsheet to fix and resend, and a shirt number that isn't a number is held rather than silently dropped.
- On the iPad, the person search no longer disappears behind the keyboard after a kit-out.
8 September 2026
- Catalogue imports are previewed before anything is added. Duplicates and rows that need fixing are held and downloadable; nothing is overwritten.
- In Transfer mode on the scanner you can search kit by name, size or category, not only by code.
- Albert, the assistant, is more reliable when a question needs a look-up mid-answer.
